Free cut list optimizer for melamine, MDF and plywood sheets
CorteListo is a free online cut list optimizer: it fits your parts onto the fewest sheets of melamine, MDF or plywood with guillotine cuts, accounts for the saw blade, the edge trim and the grain, and gives you a PDF cutting plan for every sheet. It runs in the browser on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install.
What it does
- Fits the parts onto as few sheets as possible, with guillotine cuts like a panel saw.
- Accounts for the blade thickness (kerf), the edge trim and the grain when a part cannot rotate.
- Uses offcuts you already have before opening a new sheet.
- Gives you a PDF cutting plan for every sheet, ready to print and take to the saw.
Sheet sizes
Pick a common size or type your own. The list includes 4 x 8 ft sheets (2440 x 1220 mm) and the metric sizes used in Latin America, such as 2440 x 1830 mm and 2750 x 1830 mm. Measurements are in millimetres or centimetres; inches are not supported yet.
How to use it
- 1. Open cortelisto.com/en/optimizer.
- 2. Enter your parts: length, width, quantity and edge banding.
- 3. Pick the sheet size, the saw blade thickness and the edge trim.
- 4. Tap Calculate plan and download the PDF with the layout of every sheet.
Got the cut list as a photo?
If the cut list comes as a photo, PDF, Excel file or voice note, CorteListo can read it with AI and give you the parts to review instead of typing them. Create an account and confirm your email: the free trial of 5 orders starts when you extract your first list.
